Hi, I’m Flaminia, founder of BÄM and a reformer Pilates instructor.
I created BÄM because I was bored of the same sweet, pastel socks. As someone who lives and breathes movement, I wanted gear that matched the strength and energy of real workouts — bold, functional, and full of attitude. BÄM was born to bring that edge to every step, from the mat to the reformer.
